Crawford University Postgraduate School – Our Approach Our PG School is research-oriented and every research work is problem-driven. At Crawford PG School, we teach our students technical, theoretical and practical skills designed to turn them into solution providers to national, local  and global challenges. Originality is the basic credit point of our research enterprise. Our actual investigations are directed towards obtaining novel results. Students are encouraged to develop new ideas and obtain deep insight into the problem being investigated in order to get novel and new results which is the hallmark of good research work worldwide.  As pointed out by the physics Nobel laureate Ernst Lawrence in scientific work, creative thinking demands seeing things not seen previously, or in ways not previously imagined; and this necessitates jumping off from normal positions, and taking risks by departing from reality. Entry Requirements -MBA The course is designed to give a broad perspective in management to persons who have university degree or equivalent professional qualification in any discipline including Business Administration and related fields and who wish to go into a career in entrepreneurship/ management. For Admission, the following professional qualifications are acceptable, in special cases, as equivalent qualifications: ACA., ACCA., CMA. and CFA. (USA). HND with substantial experience may also be considered. However, holders of HND and the above-listed professional qualifications are required to complete one-year PGD programme in Business Administration as a prerequisite for admission into the MBA programme. DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY (Ph.D) 

Entry Requirements -M.Phil./Ph.D. Candidates seeking admission to the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree Programme of Crawford University must possess the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees of Crawford University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Crawford University in the relevant discipline. To qualify for direct entry into the Ph.D. degree programme, a candidate must have a minimum CGPA of 4.00 on a 5.00 scale or equivalent (60%) in the Master’s (M.A./M.Sc./M.Eng./M.Tech.) programme. Candidates with CGPAof 3.50–3.99 on a 5.00 point scale or equivalent (55–59%) The M.Phil./Ph.D. programme is intended to prepare candidates for the Ph.D. degree. Candidates with professional Master’s degrees are not eligible for the Ph.D. programme except they obtained M.Sc. degrees in the relevant fields. The minimum duration of study for the award of Ph.D. degree is three academic sessions for full time and four academic sessions part-time.
